GLOWELLNESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GloWellness LLC is a health optimization platform that connects individuals with independent licensed healthcare providers and US-based, state-licensed compounding pharmacies. GloWellness is not a medical provider, clinic, or pharmacy. We do not practice medicine, provide medical advice, or dispense medications. All clinical decisions are made solely by independent licensed providers. GloWellness uses third-party infrastructure and fulfillment partners to operate its platform; GloWellness remains responsible for its own obligations to you under these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a US state where our partner providers are licensed to practice. You represent that all information you provide during registration and intake is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading health information may result in the termination of your access to GloWellness services.

Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The decision to prescribe any therapy rests solely with the independent licensed provider reviewing your case. GloWellness does not influence, direct, or control prescribing decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health or wellness program. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Prescription products are dispensed only upon issuance of a valid prescription by an independent licensed provider who has reviewed your intake form and determined the therapy to be appropriate for you. GloWellness does not guarantee that you will be approved for any specific product or protocol. Approval is at the sole discretion of the reviewing provider.

GloWellness offers recurring supply protocols. Subscription intervals and pricing are presented clearly before you confirm your order.

Subscriptions renew automatically at your selected billing interval unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

To cancel, contact us before your next renewal date. Cancellations received after a renewal has processed will take effect at the following interval.

Refunds are not available for medications that have already been dispensed and shipped by our pharmacy partners.

Pricing is subject to change. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect on your subscription.

GloWellness is not responsible for any fees, holds, or charges applied by third-party payment processors or platform partners outside of our direct control.

Medications are fulfilled by independent, US-based, state-licensed compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to you. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to pharmacy processing times, carrier conditions, or other factors outside GloWellness's control. GloWellness is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.

Due to the nature of prescription medications, we cannot accept returns of dispensed medications. If you have a concern about your order or believe an error has occurred, contact us promptly.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GloWellness LLC and its affiliates, partners, infrastructure providers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform or services, including but not limited to any adverse health outcomes, prescribing decisions made by independent providers, or fulfillment issues arising from third-party pharmacy or shipping partners. Your use of this platform and any prescription services obtained through it is at your own risk.

GloWellness's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GloWellness in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GloWellness LLC and its officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; (b) false or inaccurate information you provided during intake; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

All content on glowellnessrx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of GloWellness LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you opt out by contacting us in writing within 30 days of first using our services. Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
