Platform Role

GloWellness is a platform that facilitates access to independent, licensed medical providers. GloWellness is not a medical practice and is not responsible for the clinical decisions, outcomes, or recommendations made by those independent practitioners. Any medical services you receive are provided by those practitioners, not by GloWellness.

Payments

Payments made through the GloWellness platform cover management, coordination, and platform access services. Fees for prescription medications and clinical services may be billed separately. All sales of prescription medications are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to Services

GloWellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services or pricing at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GloWellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any clinical services provided through it.
